ConsultantsBIM takes the protection of your personal information seriously. This policy describes what information we collect on this site, why we collect it and how we handle it, in accordance with Quebec’s Act to modernize legislative provisions as regards the protection of personal information (Law 25).

Information we collect

The site only collects personal information when you voluntarily submit it through the contact form:

  • your name;
  • your email address;
  • your organization’s name (optional);
  • the content of your message.

No other personal information is collected. The site uses no cookies and no advertising tracking technology.

Purposes

The information you submit is used exclusively to:

  • respond to your request;
  • follow up on our business exchanges.

It is never sold, rented or used for unsolicited prospecting.

Disclosure to third parties and outside Quebec

Form processing and site hosting rely on providers whose servers are located in the United States:

  • Formspree, Inc. — delivery of form submissions to our email;
  • Vercel, Inc. — site hosting and cookie-free audience measurement.

By submitting the form, you consent to your information being disclosed to these providers outside Quebec for the sole purposes described above.

Analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics, a cookie-free audience measurement tool that collects no identifier capable of tracking you across sites. No consent is required for this measurement, as no personal information is collected.

Retention

Form submissions are kept for as long as needed to process your request and follow up on the business relationship, then deleted.

Your rights

You may at any time request access to the personal information we hold about you, its rectification or its deletion. Write to us at info@consultantsbim.com.
